$1,261.00 for 20 days($900 + $361) = $63.05 per day

($361.47 with an additional $138 same day. this equals $449.47)

That I paid. Afterwards, Allstate said they'd pay it through the 16th, and that we would be responsbile starting 8/17/23

Earlier that day I had paid $499.47. This message clearly states

that the insurance would pay it up to August 16th. She says "I have requested an extension over your policy maximum through today TO ENSURE YOU WILL NOT OWE ANYTHING OUT OF POCKET had it been returned that day,

If she paid it until the 16th, that means that come the 17th, I would start to have to pay for additional days, so therefore, the $499.47 was a surplus, or credit balance towards additional days.

Jessica Fisher's thorough and honest investigation stated that Allstate ended the diect bill authorization on August 14th

In addition to phone calls, these are text messages to and from the company. It shows that I WAS willing, able, and communicative contradicting Jessica Fischer's painting the picture of me avoiding or unwillingness to communicate.

As you can see from the messages, that while

yes, my card was locked they knew it as it was mentioned at the location, and twice here on text messages. It was also mentioned on the telephone as Jessica Fischer made an attempt to paint a false narritive once again.

Jessica Fisher in an attempt to portray me as the criminals that they are had the audacity to claim that

I verbally told them that I was going to keep the car. Had that been true surely, they'd be some mention about that in the text exchanges - but there wasn't. I guess she thought that by saying that, then everything would be okay. She didn't realize that these messages existed. Tho, there was an investigation, she said.

Point #2 --- there were 86 notes taken ----> but she claimed or insinuated I was unwilling to communicate.
